The 55+ Adult Ministry at First Baptist Richardson gives adults age fifty-five and above a wonderful platform from which each participant may grow closer to Christ and others. We offer regular opportunities for worship, discipleship, fellowship, and outreach as together we strive to be a people who bring healing and wholeness to our community and beyond even as we are being transformed by Jesus.

Young At Heart

Young at Heart is our largest 55+ monthly event. This program includes entertainment followed by lunch. It is a great time of fun, food, laughter, and fellowship.

caleb ministry

The Caleb Ministry exists to minister to our members who are no longer able to attend and participate in the life of our church in person. First Baptist Richardson is committed to keeping them connected to the church they love. Caleb Ministry volunteers love, care, and encourage our homebound members through monthly visits, cards and phone calls.
